Each video will tell you what props you’ll need or what household items can be used. But if you’d like to purchase the props I use, including extra thick Pilates mats, I have them all listed on my Resources page.

Troubleshooting Tips
IF YOU ARE HAVING TECHNICAL DIFFICULTIES

  • Make sure you have the the most updated browser (Firefox or Chrome are best).
  • If using WiFi, make sure other in-home devices are shut off. It may affect your experience if someone else is streaming videos at the same time.
  • Shut down all other programs, apps, downloads or streaming on your device.
  • Place your device as close to the wireless router as possible or plug your computer directly into an ethernet cable rather than using WiFi.
  • Restart your computer, smartphone, or tablet.
  • Plug your device into a power source.
