All Virtual Pilates Mat classes are 45 minutes.

Please refer to the Classes and Events Schedule for class times, booking and purchasing.

Private and Semi-Private Apparatus sessions are 55 minutes and are offered by appointment only.  Pricing is per person.

These sessions require 24 hours notice for cancellation. 

All packages expire 4 months from the date of purchase.
